Why I Created It
After matching into general surgery and completing nearly two years of residency, I began working as a USMLE tutor, medical student educator, and residency application advisor.
Over the past four years, I have personally guided more than 280 students through different stages of their medical journeys. I created this guide after repeatedly seeing strong applicants struggle to communicate the value of their experiences in a clear and authentic way.
